Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
MAALI exists to help businesses send fewer, better, relevant emails to other businesses. To keep it that way, these uses are not allowed:
- Spam. Sending high volumes of irrelevant or repetitive messages, or messages to people who asked you to stop.
- Deception. False sender identities, misleading subject lines, fake "Re:" threads, or claims about your offer you can't support.
- Personal data you shouldn't have. Adding personal email addresses obtained from purchased lists, scraping or data brokers, or using MAALI to collect personal information about individuals.
- Evading opt-outs. Re-adding contacts who unsubscribed, said no, or opted out through the MaaliBot page, or using multiple accounts to get around limits or suppressions.
- Harmful or illegal offers. Promoting anything illegal, fraudulent, adult, gambling-related, deceptive financial products, or malware, or anything that harasses or threatens recipients.
- Abusing the service. Trying to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass MAALI's limits, or using it to crawl sites beyond the research it performs for your campaigns.
We may review flagged activity, pause sending, and suspend accounts that break this policy. Report abuse to hello@maali.si. If you received an unwanted email sent through MAALI, you can also opt out of all MAALI outreach.
