What do you all use for invoicing? Chasing late payments is killing me

Comparing options
MAALI searches Reddit, forums, Q&A sites, Hacker News and Stack Exchange for up to 10 recent threads where people need what you offer.
Each comes with what the person asks and why you can help. Dismiss the rest.
MAALI writes a genuinely helpful reply in your voice that says who you are. If posting it looks risky, it warns you and says what to change.
Copy it, open the thread, post from your own account, and mark it posted.
In your voice
Each draft answers the question first and mentions your business once, honestly, where it fits. The kind of reply communities welcome.
Late payments are mostly a reminders problem. What worked for me: put clear terms on the invoice (due in 14 days), send a friendly nudge 3 days before, on the day, and a week after, and offer a card link so paying takes 10 seconds.
Most invoicing tools can automate that. Full disclosure, I run Tallybird, which sends those reminders by default, but even a spreadsheet and calendar reminders will fix most of it.
Every reply answers the actual question, with advice useful even to someone who never buys from you.
Your business is mentioned at most once, only where it fits, with a plain "I run…" so nobody is misled.
Casual on Reddit, plain and precise on Hacker News, a complete answer on Stack Exchange.
Each reply is written for its own thread. Pasting one text everywhere is spam, and MAALI doesn't do it.
MAALI only shows links its web search actually returned, never made-up ones.
MAALI never posts, votes or messages anyone. Every reply goes out from your account, after you've read it.
A search uses 2 credits and finds up to 10 conversations. Each drafted reply uses 1 credit, and MAALI warns you if posting it looks risky. New accounts get 10 free credits.
Reddit, Hacker News, Stack Exchange sites (like Stack Overflow) and public forums and Q&A sites, through web search. MAALI skips communities that forbid recommendations.
No. You read and edit every reply, then post it from your own account. MAALI never posts, comments, votes or sends messages.
No. Reddit's rules require written approval for that, so MAALI finds threads through web search and drafts from the search snippet or the post you paste in. Hacker News and Stack Exchange questions are read through their official APIs.
Not if you use it as intended: reply only where you help, keep the line that says who you are, follow each community's rules, and never paste the same text twice. MAALI's drafts are written that way, and they warn you when a thread looks risky.
